Service Description

This is a practical two day programme with six hours of contact time per day. We will draw on the latest research and apply it to case-studies and real examples as we build a firm understanding of what it takes to lead and manage people well. You will grow in your own self-awareness and in your ability to understand differences in others. Through roleplays, group discussions and scenarios you will build your skills and confidence in managing the many situations that you will find yourself in as you manage people. I also offer individual coaching both pre and post the course to further individualise your learning. This includes a full CliftonStrengths assessment and will provide you with insights into how your strengths can enable you to be the best line manager possible. We will also explore your current context and your aspirations to formulate a learning action plan.
