Strengths Coaching

Often we focus on our 'gaps' or our perceived 'weaknesses'.  In coaching, I partner with those who want to fully explore their strengths, and in so doing to bring them to bear on the challenges they face and the goals they hold.

 

Much of my work is with senior HR leaders and their teams, recognising their potential to transform workplaces by leaning into their own strengths.

Only when I am true to my story, my values, my strengths, and my authentic self, am I at my best.

When I partner with clients in coaching, we explore their story, their strengths and when they are at their best.

My coaching style is most often described as insightful, challenging, and thought-provoking, and I love working with clients who are courageous in asking themselves honest questions about who they really are, at their best.

Over 35 million people around the globe have used Clifton Strengths to identify their unique talents and to actively invest in them. In so doing they deliberately choose to realise more of their potential, to make decisions aligned with their authentic self, and to readily identify the differences & strengths of others.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I love to use this tool during my coaching, and witnessing moments of realisation, self-acceptance, growing confidence, and expanding potential.
