Service Description
This is a practical three day programme with four hours of contact time per day. We will draw on the latest research and apply it to case-studies and real examples as we build a firm understanding of what it takes to lead and manage people well. You will grow in your own self-awareness and in your ability to understand differences in others. Through roleplays, group discussions and scenarios you will build your skills and confidence in managing the many situations that you will find yourself in as you manage people. As an integral part of the programme I provide a code for you to take Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment which will provide you with insights into how your strengths can enable you to be the best line manager possible, along with a one hour individual coaching session to further individualise your learning.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life changes and it's sometimes inevitable that we need to change our plans and commitments. My booking policy is very simple: - Your booking deposit is non-refundable but may be reallocated to an alternative booking. - I will invoice you for the balance of your payment one month prior to the first day of the programme. If you have paid this in full and then need to make changes, I will be able to offer you alternative dates for the same programme or an alternative in future. Please contact me directly as soon as possible should you need to make a change to your booking.
