HR Consultancy Services

During my 30 year HR career I have blended Corporate with Not-for-Profit, UK with International, and HR generalist with HRIS. I offer HR consultancy in all of these areas, and am able to work independently or as an embedded part of your team. My HRIS experience has been extensive, covering SAP HR consultancy, global HRIS implementations to 70 countries, change management, and product design within a software house. In all my consultancy I like to blend my strategic insights with practitioner experience, delivering workable effective solutions.

I work with some clients on a retained basis, offering 2-4 days a month of generalist HR advice & support. This gives the client the benefit of customised people insights for a fraction of the price.

I offer one off strategic reviews, either of the overall people landscape or of specific areas within HR. With my international HR expertise I am able to extend to this to global organisations.
