Cancellation Policy
I understand that life changes and it's sometimes inevitable that we need to change our plans and commitments. My booking policy is very simple: - Your booking deposit is non-refundable but may be reallocated to an alternative booking. - I will invoice you for the balance of your payment one month prior to the first day of the programme. If you have paid this in full and then need to make changes, I will be able to offer you alternative dates for the same programme or an alternative in future. Please contact me directly as soon as possible should you need to make a change to your booking.
