Explore Strengths in Your Team

We are at our best when we know what our strengths are and actively invest in them.

And our teams are at their best when we know one another's strengths and encourage the deployment of those strengths each day.

Too many teams are focused on emulating a leader, or on aspiring to a perceived optimum 'type'.  But when we use CliftonStrengths each team member gains insight into their own strengths.  Where are they at their best? What is their unique contribution to bring to the team, and to the world? What should they be investing in? And what should they be avoiding when possible?

This is such a rewarding programme to run, seeing light-bulb moments, and team members being liberated to be more fully themselves, released to pursue their own best excellence.

  • Each team member completes the CliftonStrengths assessment online before the programme.

  • There is an option to arrange individual coaching sessions prior to the programme (optional).

  • We explore the strengths domains and how they influence the way we experience one another.

  • We find out how to get the best of one another, when we'll see the worst in one another.

  • We learn what each person needs from the team and what they bring to the team.

This one day Strengths Team Workshop is an energising, generative, fun, exploratory place that teams invariably remember as a pivotal moment in their team development, and their personal transformation.

CliftonStrengths is a tool that has been used by over 37 million individuals to gain insight into their unique strengths and how to best offer them at work in life more generally. 

We know that teams that know each other's strengths perform better.  And this workshop is an opportunity to explore this with your existing team.

  • We start by understanding Strengths and Domains

  • We look at each person's unique Strengths, inviting their reflection and experience

  • We look at the Team Grid - which Strengths are found more commonly and which are more rare?

  • Powerful Partnership Reports enable us to compare the Strengths of two team members

  • AI insights point towards areas of complimentarity, potential tensions, and suggested collaborations. 

This is a very hands-on, participative programme.  It's full of discovery and exploration.  It provides your team with insight, with a shared Strengths language, and with the keys to unlocking their full potential together.
